Hair Design Description and objectives (1400 Hours) The Hair Design Course is designed to train the student in the basic manipulative skills, safety judgments, proper work habits, business skills, and desirable attitudes necessary, and may get a job entry-level position in hair design or a related career field after graduating and passing the State exam.
